This is on land near the road between Martil and Cabo Negro, 4 km from both areas, in the province of Tetuan. This area is undergoing significant development as a tourist destination. The project covers a total surface area of 23,211 sqm and is in two parts.

  1. A residential complex of 201 properties with a built surface area of 17,670 sqm, a communal area of 11,239 sqm, large green zones and leisure areas.
